To the hurting
I do not know the extent of your pain
As far as life goes
You've seen more pain than I have
And I don't envy you that
You've seen more anger, more strife
More heartache than I have
But I'm asking you to remember this
There are times when
Humans are a pretty poor representation
Of our Heavenly Father
Please remember that there are times when
Humans are a pretty poor representation
Of the love and grace shown at the cross
For this lost human race
Always remember through all of your pain
That God is the perfect one
To the hurting
I do not know the extent of your pain
But I do know that God is a comforter
Cast yourself in His arms and in the end
You will find the strength to go on
Even through pain
