Ethan Eagers - Pilot

So I reverse
I thought I speak a verse
Talking 'bout how everything went from good to worse
How I went from depression to a lesson
How I went from the lesson to depression
As a child I was always feeling so lekker
On the fruit of life eating all of the nectar
I remember playing soccer in my back yard
Back to when I still had my own back yard
Running on all the couches screaming like I'm crazy
Backtracking to my youth I guess I was kinda' crazy
Sitting on the couch with a donut in my hand
Every time I eat a donut I start to dance
Remember when I was happy then I fell
Then my mom came and kissed it well
Said Ethan dont worry, I'll kiss it better
Of those words I felt every letter
Busy watching King Arthurs Disasters
As my mom put on my plasters
I remember going to the field down the road
Down the place where stories are told
To play soccer there you have to be bold
To play soccer there you have to be old
But I still played with my brothers and their friends
Permi' kicking balls all over the fence
After the game I would go home in a hurry
Cause I know my tanies making some curry
Always dished too much food like a dummy
Dad told me my eyes were bigger than my tummy
Never prayed but I still went to church
I only prayed when life used to hurt
Had too many blessings but I just wanted more
Felt life struck I threw my bible on the floor
Couldn't sleep on my own I used to cry
My ma had to sing me a lullaby
After that I became so enlightened
After that I could never ever be frightened
I love my mom and dad till the very end
When they used to fight I said here we go again
I'll love my family till the day I die
Why I'm rude to them I ask myself why
