Kyoto Kafka - Lacrimogen

Helping hands shake, invisible
Palms sweat, on our nape
Pick out, bugs for a tape
Salivating, on kindred edibles
Incorporates, floats a ghost
Haunts avidly the eyes left
Loathes as red handed thefts
Stand high, upon hunger's boast
It won't be host, this last shred
Of limbless mind, moving freely
Its mouth leads a vacant belly
Calls from its soil, the long dead

And they'll all be born
And we'll be mourned
Gulped as tender memories
Of what once were hurries
And they'll all be born
And we'll be mourned
Sprinkling the earth, dear
To us, with our crybabies fear

All the bodies we've smilingly trashed
As wind's grins, tilted out of favour
Skins smoked above the terror
Dry habits, tearless pupils mashed
No body remained, dragging along
Pulling back, frailties to lenient grounds
So soon we roamed with paws, startled sounds
Plants grew legs, legs claws, clauses ring wrong
Might as well freeze, pile up in museums
But still we're too lazy too cut out the roots
Let's carry them, even slowed by rear boots
Worn, or shiny, let's be feasted upon rheums

And they'll again blossom
And we'll be none but a sum
Melted in memories reborn
Ignoring for whom they mourn
And they'll again blossom
And we'll be none but a sum
Of dealt out pain and loss
Soft beds of fruitless moss
